Place Meats in the Bag & Seal it
By holding your Bag by its handles or standing upright, place your meat in the BatterBag and completely seal the zipper.
Note: Only use new Batter Bags. When using your bag for hot food, either stand the bag upright and place meat inside, or use the handles to hold the bag when placing meat inside.
Warning: Your BatterBag will be hot and could cause burns once food is inside. Use caution when placing food in the bag and when opening the zipper to retrieve your food, as steam will be hot. , ONLY USE the handles to move and hold your bag. Food temp not to exceed 175° F.
Storing cooked meat is a breeze!
Just place your bag in the fridge or freezer and thats it.
